Add Value Bathrooms originated in Western Australia whereby it provided complete bathroom renovation packages and other maintenance / tiling services including shower seals. It has operated successfully with many happy clients who have returned for repeat business.
Add Value Bathrooms understands the importance of a functional bathroom and laundry when it comes to personal design and preference, we also know the benefit of having a renovated bathroom and laundry so that we can add value to your asset in equity and potential profit.

We all know the Gold Coast has had a major property boom with a large influx of new residents coming from interstate etc (myself included).
Interestingly, recently I was in a hall of about 500+ people when the question was asked “stand up if you were born here on the Gold Coast.” Only a handful stood. The Gold Coast has grown and continues to do so each year. This places a demand on housing availability and suitability…common knowledge.
Many of these new residents are requesting maintenance and renovation works to their homes/residences including the bathroom and/or laundry (kitchens likewise) . Every residence has a bathroom, laundry and kitchen which at some time in its life will require maintenance or a makeover renovation.
The prospects of maintaining and rejuvenating your bathroom or laundry are viable alternatives to the renovation or knock down and rebuild… especially with such high rents and suitable accommodation availability.
